1. What do I need to run Fuel-Central.com?
You need to have
a. Computer
b. Internet connection
2. What does access anytime, anywhere mean? Your Fuel-Central account gives you access to all your files and information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from anywhere - all you need is access to the Web.
3. How secure are my documents and information stored in my Fuel-Central? C-Store Office provides you with the most sophisticated security systems available on the Internet. We treat your documents and information the same way banks treat paper currency. Data transmission is accomplished with the SSL protocol, the best Internet security available, and three levels of intrusion detection monitor access.
4. Can I send email from my Fuel-Central account? Yes, under the report menu, for each report, you can select the email option to send an email copy of your document to anyone.
5. Can I print several copies of my reports and have them automatically delivered to a remote location? Fuel-Central will soon offer services where you can order multiple printed and bound copies, and have them delivered to a remote location all from your Fuel-Central account.
6. Can I send and receive fax documents from my Fuel-Central account? Yes, under the report menu, for each report, you can select the fax option to send your document or report by fax to any fax number. You can even put it on automatic schedule, so every time some information is gathered; server sends it to specified fax number automatically.
7. What minimal system requirements for client computers?
Minimum system requirements for Fuel-Central.com
· Modern Processor (at least 800 MHz)
o Pentium III or later
o Celeron or later
· Operating system: Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 or later
· 512 megabytes (MB) of RAM (minimum); 1 GB recommended if you planning to use CstoreOffice accounting
· 10 GB of available hard disk space
· Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or later
· Ethernet card for the network connection
· Internet access with at least 56Kbps connection; Broadband (cable or DSL) connection recommended

8. Can I share and communicate information from my folders with non-Fuel-Central users? Yes, from your Individual or Workgroup Account you can email documents, information or reports to anyone. In addition, all users, can give external users limited access to particular reports or classes of information for limited period of time. For example, you can set up your payroll company representative as External User and give him access to your payroll and employees information.
