Petrosoft Inc. Celebrates Successful Launch of Two New Products

[caption id="attachment_340" align="alignnone" width="300" caption="Petrosoft staff prepare for the opening of the NACS Show, October 2, 2011."][/caption] The2011 NACS Show in Chicago served as the perfect venue for the introduction of two new products from Petrosoft, the leader in internet-based solutions for the retail petroleum industry. Fuel-Central™, a 100% internet-based fuel distribution management system and i99, the first product of Petrosoft’s new partnership with Intuit, joined C-Store Office to round out Petrosoft’s offering of gas station software and retail management tools. “We got a fantastic response to our new offerings, both in the Cool New Products area and at our booth on the show floor,” said Petrosoft CEO Sergei Gorlov. “Fuel-Central and i99 will extend our reach into new segments of the market and help us create a whole suite of tools that boost productivity and profits in the retail petroleum marketplace.” Internet-based Fuel Central has the ability to schedule deliveries weeks in advance and employs sophisticated inventory control software to optimize dealer inventory levels. It makes use of EDI to allow for electronic communication between jobbers and the oil companies, and between jobbers and their dealers as well. Fuel-Central can work with the full C-Store Office back office system, or with i99 and i49, two new Petrosoft interfaces that allow electronic communication between dealers and Fuel-Central jobber software. Along with the excellent inventory control software and back office accounting features of C-Store Office, the industry will now have a fast, flexible fuel distribution system that uses internet technology to boost performance and cut operating costs significantly. The other new product introduced at NACS was i99 C-Store Office. The first result of Petrosoft’s new collaboration with the Intuit Marketplace, i99 allows retailers to send data from any cash register directly into their QuickBooks® online account. They can access i99 directly from a QuickBooks Online account, anywhere, without additional log-ins required, eliminating time-consuming manual data entry and errors. With i99, retailers can access vital store information from wherever they are through an internet connection. They can view sales information, fuel, grocery, taxable and non-taxable items along with transaction detail. All this information is readily available in i99 and QuickBooks Online and can be exported to Microsoft Excel, Access and other common database formats.

Convenience Store automation will take a big leap forward October 2 through 4, 2011 when Petrosoft exhibits its convenience store software solutions at the NACS Show at Chicago’s McCormick Place.  This year, Petrosoft will be introducing two Cool New Products to supplement C-Store Office®, the company’s industry-leading back office system.  Both will also be on view at booth # 6428 in te technology section of the show. Fuel-Central™, a 100% internet-based fuel distribution management system and Direct Connect™ an innovative new technology that can connect any convenience store POS system to the internet will join C-Store Office to round out Petrosoft’s offering of gas station software and c-store management tools. “Like C-Store Office, Fuel-Central can take data from any of the convenience store POS systems” says Petrosoft CEO Sergei Gorlov.  “It will work with Gilbarco Passport, Ruby VeriFone and Wayne Nucleus systems perfectly.” Fuel Central is so innovative, it actually reinvents the fuel distribution business.  With just the click of a mouse, dispatchers can schedule hundreds of deliveries weeks in advance and employ sophisticated inventory control software to optimize dealer inventory levels.  Fuel Central is the perfect complement to C-Store Office back office software, but also can be used as a stand-alone fuel distribution management system. Direct Connect, Petrosoft’s other new technology offering this year will allow any electronic cash register to be connected to the internet.  It will serve as an ideal starting point for retailers thinking about getting started with service station software with the absolute minimum start up investment. Along with the excellent inventory control software and back office accounting features of C-Store Office, the industry will now have a fast, flexible fuel distribution system that uses internet technology to boost performance and cut operating costs significantly. Says Gorlov, “Perhaps you are just starting a convenience store, or maybe you are a jobber who has been running convenience stores for years.  Whatever your position in the industry, our goal is to make all aspects of your operation easier and more profitable.” Petrosoft LLC of Pittsburgh, PA will be exhibiting in booth 6428 at the NACS Show, October 2 through 4, 2011 in the South Hall at McCormick place in Chicago.
